按钮重启控制器
XC6190系列产品是用2个开关(实体按键),在指定时间(重启延迟时间)内,通过在SW1端子,SW2端子双方输入“L”电平,为系统提供重启信号的定时复位IC。
A型通过调整外接电阻RT,可在1s～20s之间设定重启延迟时间(TDL) 。B型在内部固定TDL,把TS端子接到“H”电平时为12.5s,“L”电平时为7.5s。
此外,重启信号(TRSTB)在输出了0.4s(TYP)之后,自动返回稳定状态。待机时的消耗电流极小仅为0.01uA(TYP.),有利于延长蓄电池的驱动时间,由于使用了小型USPN-6及USPN-6B01的封装,能减少实装面积。为了防止IC错误工作,作为保护功能,搭载了UVLO功能。
