外部电容调整式 看门狗超时 电压检测器

XC6130系列产品是附带看门狗功能的电压检测器。只用1个外接电容即可为看门狗超时,解除延迟时间设定任意的数值。用于监控微处理器当电源电压达到检测电压时,在看门狗超时范围内看门狗端子未输入L→H的脉冲时,RESETB端子会输出低电平信号。此外,XC6130系列产品还附带手动复位功能,在任意时机把手动复位端子转为Low电平时,RESETB端子会输出L电平信号。
