85mΩ高功能功率开关

XC8107系列产品是低导通电阻,内置P沟道 MOS FET的功率开关IC。

作为保护功能，内置了限定电流功能,防止倒流功能(防止VOUT→VIN的倒流),软启动功能,过热停机功能,防止低电压错误动作电路(UVLO)。

此外，还搭载了监控功率开关状态标志的功能。标志端子为N沟道开漏输出，在检测过电流及检测过热中,防止倒流功能工作中，输出Low电平。

根据印加在CE端子上的电压电平，可以使IC成待机状态。可以从有效H电平,有效L电平中选择CE 端子输入逻辑。
