超低电流消耗稳压器(附带待机功能)
XC6506 系列是 CMOS 工艺稳压器 IC,可实现 0.8 μA 的超低电流消耗。 该IC由参考电压源、误差放大器、驱动晶体管、电流折返电路、相位补偿电路等组成。
输出电压在内部设定为固定数值,可在 1.2V 至 5.0V 范围内设置。
输出稳定电容器 (CL) 与陶瓷电容器等低 ESR 电容器兼容。电流折返电路作为输出端子提供短路保护。
CE 功能关闭稳压器的输出并将其置于待机模式。 显着降低待机模式下的电流消耗
